FPV Drone Tour of Alaska’s Mountains, Glaciers, and Coastline
FPV travel videographer Joshua Turner recently shared this cinematic tour of Alaska featuring sweeping flights over glaciers, mountain ridges, coastal cliffs, and remote wilderness. The footage combines fast, fun FPV movement with slower, more deliberate shots, helping convey the scale of the landscape and the isolation of many of the locations. Alaska is one of the most visually striking places in the world for aerial videography. In this video, Turner does a great job showing us why that is.

DJI says its products have undergone the most comprehensive independent security review ever. The results? The review found no evidence that DJI drones transmit user data to DJI or other third parties without consent.
The review, conducted by cybersecurity firm FTI Consulting, tested several DJI drones and software products and found no data transmission during flight when users were not logged in or connected to DJI services. The assessment involved more than 600 hours of testing and over 500 individual test cases. The findings add to DJI’s long-running argument that security restrictions on its products are not supported by technical evidence.

FAA Unveils Plans for the 2026 FIFA World Cup

The FAA has launched a dedicated website outlining how it plans to manage airspace and security during the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which will be held across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. The agency has made the main message clear: “The World Cup 2026 is a No Drone Zone.”
The FAA says drone pilots should expect temporary flight restrictions (TFRs), enhanced security measures, and other operational limitations around stadiums and related events. While the tournament is still a year away, the FAA is encouraging pilots to start familiarizing themselves with the rules now, especially if they plan to fly near any of the host cities.
