Skydio’s Black Friday Sale Is Happening Right Now

Skydio also recently opened its first Amazon store ever.

Skydio’s Black Friday Sale
As in past years, Skydio started its Black Friday sale early this year and it’s currently running right now. During the sale, you can get $200 off any of Skydio’s Skydio 2+ kits.
The biggest savings come from the Skydio 2+ Starter Kit, with the price dropping from $1,099 to just $899, for a savings of 18%.

Skydio’s New Amazon Store
Up to now, Skydio didn’t sell drones through Amazon. But that recently changed with the opening of the company’s first store on Amazon.
For now, not all of Skydio’s kits will be sold on Amazon. For the moment, you can find the Skydio 2+ Pro Kit on Amazon, and other kits and accessories may soon follow.
The addition of Skydio products to Amazon generally makes for better shipping and easier returns, but it does mean that Skydio is losing out on some of the profit for selling its drones.
But the move to Amazon could be a good thing for the company—Amazon is one of the biggest platforms for consumer sales in the world, after all, and people who haven’t heard of them may now stumble on their drones while searching for similar items.

About the Skydio 2+
The Skydio 2+ is Skydio’s flagship consumer drone.
It features the company’s well known autonomy, which allows the drone to get high quality aerial shots without the need for honed piloting skills. The 2+ is also supported by several autonomous piloting skills and features, including KeyFrame, which allows it to fly a preset flight path to get smooth aerial video for things like property marketing or extreme sports shoots.
